Les Gets

Les Gets is a traditional Alpine village located in between Morzine and Taninges and connected to the Portes du Soleil ski area.

The village centre consists of many quaint, traditional shops & restaurants, an outdoor ice rink, a large tourist office and a marketplace every Thursday morning. There are many large events that take place in the centre and around the central town throughout the year. We will be updating you with information on winter 2017/18 once dates have been released.

We can recommend plenty of great restaurants for chalet night off and for lunchtime, mostly traditional Savoyard delights such as Tartiflette, Raclettes & Fondues, Pierre chaud (hot rocks) as well as wood oven pizzas and fine dining.

Les Gets in the Winter

The sleepy village of Les Gets bursts into life from December to April each year, with a fantastic network of well connected, perfectly maintained ski slopes that bring families & friends back year after year.

Les Gets & Portes du Soleil has a continuously great snow record with guaranteed skiing from Mid December to mid-April at heights of up to 2400m. You can expect to have a truly amazing time enjoying any and all winter activities you want to take part in.
